Intellectual property: When placing an order with Engraved Merch the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is the customers responsibility to provide permissible artwork that is not in violation of any copyright claims or intellectual property rights. Customer agrees that if there is any dispute from a copyright holder, they will take full responsibility for claiming the artwork, and will defend and hold harmless Engraved Merch for any production that is in violation of the claimed intellectual property. Engraved Merch reserves the right to investigate and question the ownership of any and all designs and artwork provided for production.

Warranty disclaimer: Engraved Merch warrants that merchandise produced and delivered meets generally accepted industry standards. If any deliverable is considered to be defective in quality, we will replace or repair the defective product. The customer has 30 days to contact sales@engravedmerh.com and the case will be reviewed. If Engraved Merch does not receive a written notice within 30 days after shipment date, then Engraved Merch will be deemed to be released by customer from any and all liability. If a product was deemed defective, then the product will be replaced within 30 days. Note: all engravings come out slightly different, so the engraving variations will not be considered when evaluating a claim.

Refund Policy and Order Cancellation: Considering every order is custom and personalized with the customers design, there will be no refunds accepted once production starts. Engraved Merch reserved the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment Terms: Order must be prepaid in full, including freight and any applicable taxes.Engraved Merch guarantees the customer’s satisfaction with art proofs. If customer is not satisfied with the art-proofs, Engraved Merch will refund the entire amount if the customer wants to cancel the project. However, once proofs are approved Engraved Merch will proceed with production and there will be no refund given thereafter.

Typographical errors: In some instances that the company is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any placed orders that are listed because of incorrect price.

Notice: The Company will deliver notice to visitors, customers or users via email or provide general notice on the website or use of any reliable method in addressing important notice.

Delivery: Quoted or acknowledged delivery dates are only estimated dates of delivery. Engraved Merch specifically disclaims liability for delays in delivery and any resulting consequential damage or losses.
